Sorry for the lack of updates on the compatability list, i may update it someday...
Or if anyone else wants the job, i dont have time for it anymore.
I remember testing .duc with some game, and it worked just fine, but cant remember what game was it...
A rather incomplete list of tested games: http://desmume.org/compatibility-list/
Note that this list was update last year, so new games arent there.
I just logged into the site today, and i cant see the link anymore.
Has it been removed?
Ive tried acessing http://desmume.org/compatibility-list/ and got a 404 error...
Hey Shash ive been away a couple of months, But now my pc is back on tracks.
And yeah i still do care about DeSmuME!
Its not like owing a real DS will make my interest for emus go away ![]()
I have a Geforce also, but you can always count on me for some testing...
But also remember DeSmuME is coded in "C"...
They dont work because of some missing feature not being emulated correctly.
You could try settint the frameskip to 0. Other than that, you cant do much, unless you know how to code in "C"...
What game have you tested?
What OS are you running?
Children of Mana suffered a regression, it used to boot and go up to the world map.
But it got broken after the inclusion of gdb stub thing...
Its a known bug, please check the http://desmume.org/compatibility-list/ before reporting bugs on games.
Just to inform you guys i wont be able to update the compatibility list anytime soon.
Im having some problems at home, and my pc is down.
DeSmumE devs are aware of that emulator. No need to talk about it in here.
So let me explain it better to you.
Source code is for developers/coders.
Binary is the desmume.exe, ready to use.
Just double click it, and run the game you want.
Well you could tell your friends to run DSorganize 2.8, and use the IRC client, then you all could talk together ![]()
Oh nice, ill take a look at it during the weekend then.
Oh dont bother, i was just curious.
If anyone teaches me how to make translations on the Win32 port, i could do some too...
XTra, if im not asking too much, could you make a patch file of you Multi-thread implementation, but instead of X64 on x86?
Just wanted to see how it would perform here.
If you dont feel ok, dont worry, ill understand.
Well theres no need for you to compile your own builds, if your purpose it to play only.
Compiling is for Coders, who wish to take a look at the code, or modify it.
Just to go to the download section, and get the win32 binary.
No, its not playable on desmume.
Its possible to compile gtk-GLADE under windows, but you dont get any 3D, due some error on some GL extension/texture, cant remember.
Im still here if anyone wants to help me with that...
What game are you trying to run?
Also what version, which OS and on what hardware?
